What is Biorevitalization?
Biorevitalization is a minimally invasive aesthetic procedure that involves tiny injections of hyaluronic acid (HA), vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants into the upper layers of the skin.
This infusion of nourishing ingredients helps to deeply hydrate and reinvigorate the skin. It is used as a treatment for pigmentation, dull or dry skin and signs of skin aging.
How does Biorevitalisation work?
Biorevitalisation injections are done by hand, delivering nutrients and hyaluronic acid into the epidermis or dermis for skin hydration and revitalisation.
Biorevitalisation contains a high concentration of non-crosslinked hyaluronic acid (compared to mesotherapy).
These long chains of hyaluronic acid maintain moisture and provide antioxidant and anti-inflammatory support for the skin.
Adding other nutrients such as amino acids, antioxidants, minerals and vitamins, helps to support the healthy function of skin cells, combat dry and dehydrated skin and fight skin ageing

How to prepare?
At your consultation with us, we will assess your skin, discuss your skin concerns and make a biorevitalization treatment plan to address your skin needs. At your treatment appointment, your practitioner will discuss the steps of treatment and take you through the process of consent. We will then clean the skin area and take pre-treatment photographs. You will be given a head band and towel to protect your clothing. A local anaesthetic cream is applied and left on for approximately 20 minutes. The skin is then cleaned and the pure hyaluronic acid (HA), vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidants treatment is started. You may feel some mild stinging, but this is not painful. The biorevitalization facial treatment takes approximately 20 minutes to do. At the end of treatment, the practitioner will apply soothing cream and an LED mask. We recommend that you use simple moisturisers and sunblock for 3-5 days after treatment.
Biorevitalisation helps with skin moisturizing, skin hydration, vibrancy, skin structure, pigmentation and signs of natural biological skin ageing like lack of skin elasticity and collagen. The treatment is suitable for all skin tone and skin types. Due to the use of topical numbing cream on the face area with this procedure, we do not recommend this treatment during pregnancy or breastfeeding.
For optimal skin hydration and anti-ageing results, most patients will require 3 treatment procedures (approximately 1 treatment session every 3 weeks).
Most people will notice an almost immediate effect on their appearance; that their skin is more vibrant, hydrated with a dewy glow the day after treatment.
The results of one session will usually last for 3-4 weeks. The results of a course of treatment can last for 3-6 months. We do recommend regular maintenance to maintain optimal results.
The vitamin, nutrients and hyaluronic acid preparations are not painful. Some people may feel a mild stinging during the treatment.
Side effects of biorevitalization are minimal. There is some redness, small bumps (from the fluid deposited in the skin) and possibly some bruising. The redness and bumps are a normal skin reaction and will usually settle by the following day; bruising may take longer. Most people can continue with normal work and social activities a day after treatment.
